Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450F. Butter 4 (4- to 5-ounce) ramekins and place them on a baking sheet.
Combine the butter and chocolate and microwave on high, stirring every 30-seconds until melted. Whisk together until smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and salt. Beat on medium speed or whisk until thick and pale yellow
Fold the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture. Mix until well combined.
Add the flour. Mix until fully incorporated.
Divide the batter among the prepared ramekins.
Sink the strawberry and cream candy truffle into the middle of the ramekin. Cover the top with more batter.
Bake for 8-11 minutes or until the sides of the cakes are firm set but the center is jiggly. Let the cakes cool in the ramekins for 1 minute. ( Mine took 10-11 min!) Keep a watchful eye and go off of your oven.
