Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease or line a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the sugars, pumpkin puree, eggs, and avocado oil until smooth.
In another bowl, mix flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Combine wet and dry ingredients — stir until just blended (don’t overmix!).
Pour batter into the pan.
In a small bowl, mix streusel ingredients with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly on top of the batter.
Bake 1 hour and 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let cool completely, then drizzle with the pumpkin pie whipped honey glaze.
