PIGS IN A BLANKET

This classic party appetizer is the ultimate dish that both kids and adults will enjoy. I mean what's not to love, a juicy cocktail sausage wrapped inside a buttery flaky crescent? You know where to find me at the party!

Equipment

  • 1 Baking sheet
  • 1 Pizza Cutter

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8oz Cresent roll dough
  • 1 14oz Cocktail sized smoked sausages
  • 3 TBS Butter Melted, optional if you do any toppings
  • 2 TBS Everything Bagel Seasoning optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Unroll the Cresent dough onto your baking sheet with parchment paper or a non stick cutting board. Separate each triangle until there are 16 total.
  • Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut each triangle into 3 slices- lengthwise.
  • Starting at the wider end of the triangle, wrap the sausage
  • Brush the melted butter over the pigs and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning, if desired.
  • Place in the oven and bake at 375 for 13-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. Serve immediately.

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

  • Mix together 1/2 Cup Dijon mustard and 2 TBS maple syrup
