🍂 Pumpkin Streusel Bread+ Pumpkin Pie Whipped Honey Glaze
There’s something magical about the smell of pumpkin streusel bread baking on a crisp fall morning. It’s like wrapping yourself in a cozy blanket made of cinnamon, nutmeg, and nostalgia. This Pumpkin Streusel Bread With Pumpkin Pie Whipped Honey Glaze is my love letter to autumn — moist, warmly spiced, and finished with a drizzle that will make you want to eat it straight from the cooling rack.

The Inspiration
Every year as soon as the leaves start to change, I crave pumpkin everything. But this year, I wanted to take my usual pumpkin bread and give it something extra — a little crunch, a little creaminess, and a whole lot of fall flavor. The streusel adds the perfect buttery crumble on top, while the glaze (sweetened with pumpkin spice whipped honey!) takes this pumpkin bread completely over the top.
The Pumpkin Streusel Bread
The base of this pumpkin bread is simple and foolproof — canned pumpkin purée, warm spices, brown sugar, and a touch of oil for that melt-in-your-mouth texture. It bakes up dense but tender, perfect for slicing thick and slathering with butter (or just enjoying plain with coffee).
The Streusel Topping
The streusel is everything— sweet, crumbly, and just a little bit crunchy. It’s a simple mix of flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and a pinch of salt that caramelizes slightly in the oven. Think of it as the cozy sweater your pumpkin bread didn’t know it needed.

The Pumpkin Pie Whipped Honey Glaze
And then there’s the glaze — the showstopper. Honey gets whipped until light and silky, then mixed with a dash of pumpkin spice for a little fall flair. The honey not only adds flavor but gives the pumpkin streusel bread that beautiful glossy finish that looks (and tastes) bakery-level.

How to Serve pumpkin streusel bread
Once the pumpkin bread cools, drizzle the glaze generously over the top — let it drip down the sides for that perfect rustic look. Serve it slightly warm with coffee or chai, or save it for dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
